We know it is underground, small and ‘breakfast in bed’ is no longer a choice … but it was our first home and we loved it.

Moving to London is not something that we planned but an opportunity came up and we took it. It did mean a big risk and living in this tiny room for 9 months but it was so worth it. Starting your married life together with very little is not necessarily a bad thing. Looking back this little room taught us how to love each other in somewhat challenging circumstances.

Also when our kids complain about having to share a bedroom one day we can whack out these photos and tell them to quit their moaning!
